The nine-at-night one
Your customer works nine to six as well, so they call you when they can: at night. If five rings end in a voicemail, they don't leave a message: they call the next facility on the Google list.
AI receptionist for self-storage facilities
It doesn't read a stale list: it checks your facility's real availability and prices before answering. If it doesn't know something, it doesn't make it up — it flags you and you take over.
Someone looking for a storage unit calls three facilities, or messages three WhatsApps, and rents at the first one that answers. These are the ones that get lost along the way:
Your customer works nine to six as well, so they call you when they can: at night. If five rings end in a voicemail, they don't leave a message: they call the next facility on the Google list.
You're standing with a customer and the phone rings. Whichever one you attend to, you lose the other.
Holidays, an errand, works at the facility. The phone doesn't understand days off, and forwarding calls to your personal mobile isn't resting either.

Do you have a 4 m² storage unit?
Yes, available!
You rented it three weeks ago. The customer shows up, there's no unit, and you're the one they're angry at.
The Beebox One AI receptionist
Before answering — on the phone or on WhatsApp — it checks your facility's real availability and prices at that instant.
Do you have a 4 m² storage unit?
Nothing left in 4 m², but I have a 3 m² unit on the ground floor. Want the price?
If it doesn't have it, it says so. And offers the real alternative.
Whether they call or write, the answer is the same, from your facility's data.
Contacts · your CRM
Whether they call, message on WhatsApp or fill in your website form, it all lands in the same record:

We run a self-storage facility in Barcelona and this receptionist picks up its calls and answers its WhatsApp. We're not selling you an idea: we're offering the tool we use ourselves.
Call and talk to Sara
She's answering our facility right now. Ask her about prices or sizes.
It doesn't make things up. If a question falls outside what it knows, or the caller asks for a person, within your business hours it puts the call through to you. Out of hours it takes their name and phone number, ends the call politely and leaves you the notice in your panel with the full transcript, so you can call them back whenever it suits you. On WhatsApp there's no call to transfer: it flags you and you reply yourself, from the WhatsApp Business app or from our panel.
Yes. When a caller needs a person — they want to arrange a visit, they have an issue, or they ask to speak to you — the receptionist puts the call through to you within your business hours, which you define during initial setup. Outside those hours it doesn't leave the caller hanging: it takes down who they are, what they need and their phone number, and leaves it in your panel so you can call them back whenever it suits you. Before putting a call through it makes sure it's something it can't resolve itself: most callers only want prices or availability, and it answers that on its own. On WhatsApp there's no call to transfer: it flags you and you reply yourself, from the WhatsApp Business app or from our panel.
Emergencies are the exception and are always put through, at any hour. Faced with a fire, a water leak, a break-in or an alarm going off, the receptionist doesn't take a message or wait until morning: it puts the call through to you even at night, at the weekend or on a holiday.
The receptionist checks availability and prices in real time, on every call. If you use Beebox One, it reads them straight from the platform; if you work with different software, we integrate it with you during initial setup so it can check just the same. It never answers from memory or from a list you have to keep up to date.
No. Your number stays yours: the usual setup is a forward so the receptionist answers the calls you don't pick up, or every out-of-hours call. How to set it up in your case is defined during initial setup. Same for WhatsApp: you connect the number you already use in WhatsApp Business and don't change numbers.
Yes, and you can take it on its own or together with the calls. The WhatsApp AI uses the same real-time data and your usual number: you connect the one you already use in WhatsApp Business and keep using the app as before. If it can't resolve something or the customer asks for you, it flags you and you reply yourself, from the app or from our panel. Every conversation sits in its contact's record.
Whenever you want, from wherever suits you: from the WhatsApp Business app you already use or from our panel, where the contact's record sits right beside the chat. Write and the AI steps aside: it stops answering in that conversation and doesn't come back until you say so. There's nothing to press and nobody to tell. And the number stays the one you've always had: your customer notices no change at all.
The pack's fee is ours and it's fixed. The messages are billed by Meta, at their own per-message rate, which depends on the message type and the country. You pay them directly, with no markup from us and without it passing through our invoice. You can work out what it would cost you in the WhatsApp Business pricing calculator.
Yes, and the law requires us to tell them: on the phone and on WhatsApp alike, the receptionist says at the start of the conversation that an AI assistant is answering. We don't hide it or try to pass it off as a person.
From there, the service is yours: it replies from your usual number and with your business name, in your customer's language, with your facility's real prices and sizes, and without promising anything you don't have. The moment you step into the conversation, it's still the same chat or the same call.
It depends on how you operate: how many facilities you have, whether you work with floors, tiers or sizes at different prices, what discounts and conditions you apply, what software you use today, how we connect your line and, if you take WhatsApp, your WhatsApp Business number. The more cases your facility has, the more there is to get right so the receptionist explains it properly. That's why the initial setup is quoted separately: we work it out with you before starting, with no commitment and no small print. The monthly fee is fixed, depending on the pack: from €89/month.
Whichever your facility needs. Languages are set up during onboarding — Spanish, Catalan, English, French… whatever your customers speak — and the receptionist answers each call in the caller's language, from the ones you've enabled.
Calls are transcribed and recorded, and WhatsApp conversations are kept, so you can review them in your panel; whoever calls or writes is told they're talking to an assistant. The data belongs to your business and is handled under the GDPR; it isn't used for anything else.
No. The fee is monthly and you can cancel whenever you want. The paid initial setup isn't refunded, but there's no penalty and no exit notice period.
Tell us about your facility and we'll show you how she'd answer your calls and your WhatsApp messages. We'll also prepare your setup quote.
