About us
We run a self-storage facility. We wrote the software that runs it.
We opened our own facility in Barcelona and went looking for one tool that would run all of it. There wasn't one. The one we wrote runs our doors today, and it's the same one we're offering you.
Why Beebox One exists
Between us we've spent 35 years building software. When we opened the facility we wanted two things: everything in one tool, and control over how it works. We found management software, payment gateways, e-signature, access control — all separate. None did the whole job, and none let us change anything.
The biggest gap: a customer picking a unit, paying, signing and walking in on a Sunday afternoon without calling anyone. So we built it. First to stop answering the phone on Saturdays. Then so other operators could use it.

No sales layer
You write, one of us answers. No ticket, no first line, no "let me check and call you back".
What you need sets the priority
We're not a provider with a thousand customers where your request waits in line. We keep it to a few, on purpose: what you ask for gets built.
We know how to say no
If we don't do it, we'll tell you on the first call. We'd rather lose a sale than build something we can't sustain.
What we're not yet
Today we run one facility — ours — and we're looking for 5 founding operators. If you want a vendor with a hundred facilities behind them, that isn't us. If you'd rather your software was written by someone who rents out storage units every day, let's talk.
